I haven’t read any of them so can’t be much help, but I do want to read The Luminaries and A Place of Greater Safety. It’s only the length that has been putting me off those two books!

I highly recommend The Luminaries, it was one of my favourite reads last year.

I’m plowing my way through The Sunne is Splendor (reading shorter ones in between) and as soon and I’m trough I think The Luminaries are in order.

Haven’t read any of those books but some day, I promise to read Ken Follett’s books. Which book are you leaning towards?
